Look at the number sentence 6 + 4 + 3. Do you spot anything that might help you to find the answer? Well done if you spotted a number bond. 6 + 4 we already know makes 10 so if we add the 3 the answer is 13.
What about 2 + 4 + 2? Do you spot anything that might help you to find the answer? Well done – we already know that 2 + 2 = 4 so if we add the other 4 the answer is 8.
